About the Project
The idea behind Project ThreeSixtyFive, as Allison puts it so well, is that with great accountability comes great success. We've each chosen 3 things we'd like to commit to doing every day for the next year, and we'll share our journeys with you here on this site. Now, the thought is not "once you miss a day, you fail and you're out," but rather: if we attempt to, say, write 365 thank you cards, but only actually write and send 320--that's still a heck of a lot of gratitude. No shame for those days missed, just celebration for those accomplished!

Things You Should Know About Allison
Allison has the greatest laugh of anyone I know. It's loud and confident and contagious and makes sharing an office super fun. She has an amazing, sensitive heart, loves Africa, and sews adorable felt stuffed animals.

Things You Should Know About Cathi
Cathi has the ability to make anyone feel comfortable within minutes of meeting her. She is wise and witty. She asks incredibly insightful questions and can recall details about prior conversations in a way that makes people feel heard and known and cared for. She can be seen showcasing her amazing dance moves at wedding receptions and is a prize-winner karaoke competitor...so, obviously, she's pretty rad.

Christie is this incredible mix of wisdom, insight, and fun. She is an amazing wife and mom, an insightful writer, and the person people go to when they need to be reminded of what's true and beautiful in the world. She also loves Lauren Conrad, and I'm pretty sure if LC met Christie she would love her too.

Dre is living the journey of life to the full. Everyday she is on a path to find truth, hope and meaning. Her smile lights up a whole room, her point of view makes everyone think deeper, her heart is a flower that unfolds one petal at a time. She is changing the world and the ways those around her live it. And she doesn't eat meat, ever.
